In the context of global economic integration, Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. built a new production base in Thailand in January 2019. The performance of the steam boiler has an direct impact on the quality of the complete production line. After the multiple comparisons and investigations, General Science chose to cooperate with ZOZEN. According to the actual working conditions of the Thai production base, ZOZEN recommended the SZL series biomass steam boiler. This new type of biomass-fired boiler has the advantages of compact structure, safety and efficiency, and sufficient output. According to the characteristics of the fuel, the ZOZEN technicians rationally optimize the design of the feeding hopper, the width and length of the grate; the large furnace volume reduces the heat load and prevents the occurrence of coking in the furnace. Meanwhile, the boiler adopts a light chain grate, and segmented wind bunkers and wind regulating devices are arranged in the lower part of the grate to meet the air volume required for the fuel in different combustion stages, which achieve precise air distribution to ensure full combustion of fuel, so that the thermal efficiency can reach over 88%, and all indicators have reached the international advanced level.
